Mid-Valley Bicycle Club

The Mid-Valley Bicycle Club is a recreational club for bicyclists of all ages. Everyone is welcome — beginning or experienced riders of all ages, singles, couples, and families.

We ride year round, rain or shine. Saturday rides range from a few miles to as much as one hundred miles over pre-announced routes with friendly, helpful leaders. Come join us.

The Mid-Valley Bicycle Club sponsors annual bicycling events that include the Crater Lake Rim Tour and the Covered Bridge Bicycle Tour. An educational general meeting is held nearly every month (see the Event Calendar). The meetings have interesting and educational programs that include pictures from bicycle tours, how to eat and dress for more enjoyable riding, safety, bicycle maintenance, winter training, and planning bicycle tours.

For an annual membership fee of $20.00 for individuals and $25.00 for families, you get these benefits:

  • A monthly Spokesman newsletter listing club rides and meetings, Oregon and national bicycle news, and items about your bicycling friends.
  • The opportunity to go on summertime bicycling trips ranging from two or three days to a week or more.
  • A summer picnic, a fall awards banquet, and a Christmas party.
  • We welcome you. There’s never any obligation to participate in more than you wish. To join, print the registration form and insurance waiver, fill it out completely, and send it to the address on the form with your check. All members are required to complete these forms annually with renewal.
